My Review of Man Of Steel

       Man Of Steel: I think it is safe to say that "Man Of Steel" will most likely be my favorite movie for this "Summer." One thing I did liked about the film is the two stories of past and present going at the same time, of Clark reflecting back from time to time. Most people thought it was a distraction for the film but hey they did it in "Batman Begins" if you don't remember and also another good film bytheway. Now the first half of the movie reminded me of "Superman II" in a lot of ways, like the three main bad guys from the old movie were slimiler form this new one. But they were also the same bad guys to. Now I did not mind this it just seemed that they kind of redid the second old movie of Superman that's all. So if you do watch the old Superman II again just take another look, and the town for the new movie was more like a city then the older movie was.
      Then by the second half of the film I was like yes a whole new movie. As for the bad guy General Zod he is really different from most other bad guys. He was not really wanting to destroy the world, he just had to do it to save his kind. Man talk about distrution for the movie I did not think it would be that much and I loved every minute of it.
      That's why critic's did not like the movie because it did not have alot of story to it just all action in it. But they did not mind pushing Superman to the limit or brink I may same to kill General Zod on the spot. It's kind of funny that in another situation Wonder Woman had a same silmer thing happend to her. Now this movie is in alot of ways like "Batman Begins" it's just setting up the story, like yes the first movie everybody is like man that was cool. But then the second movie seems to always get darker and more "EPIC," then by the third movie everybody is paying attention for always the final showdown. It's hopefully going to be close to "The Dark Knight" triloghy series. But this movie is not quite as dark as those films.
      Plus the end of the movie is why I loved it so much is taking us back to the original story that we all know of. Movies in the past few years that have done this are "X-Man: First Class,""Skyfall" and "Oz: The Great And Powerful" the ending's are slimiler to Superman by leading up to the story that we really know of. So now if you have not seen the original movies the first two are the best and are my favorite ones then the rest of the movies go down hill form there. So what is in store for the future for the D.C. Comics Universe for movies is that they would like to get started on the second "Man Of Steel II" right now to have it come out for next summer. It most likely be the same director to. Well I'm cool with that!! As for the "Justice League" movie they are really trying to go for Summer 2015!! Let's just hope they make the deadline.haha Famous last words. So in the end I give this movie a (********* Epic)
