New Movie Dates!!

   "Nebraska" is about an aging, booze-addled father makes the trip from Montanta to Nebraska with his estranged son in order to claim a million dollar Publisher's Clearing House sweeptakes prize. is set for Nov. 22, 2013. Another movie called "Almanac" no word what this movie is about yet but Michael Bay is one of the Producers for the film. It is set for Feb. 21, 2014.

   "Heaven Is For Real" and yes it is based on the book. During emergency surgery, a young boy slips from consciousness and almost dies. Afterwards he claims that he visited heaven. His family and the members of his small town do not believe him until his stories identify people who have passed away. It is set for April 16, 2014.


    The new Adam Sandler film has a date now and it's called "Blended" it's about After a disastrous blind date, a couple finds themselves stuck together with their kids from a previous marriage. Set for May 23, 2014. The Sequel to "21 Jump Street" is coming out June 6, 2014. Now before I talk about this one I have know attention on seeing this one but for those who want to this is what it is called "Sex Tape" and it is about a young, happily married couple gets a night off from their kids and decide to spice up their life by making a sex tape. When they wake up the following morning they discover the tape missing and must find out who took it and how to get it back. It is set for July 2, 2014.

  A Brand new version of "Dracula" is coming our way it's follows a young prince who, when the lives of his wife and child are put in danger by a bloodthirsty sultan, risks his soul to save them, and in the process becomes the first vampire. Set for  Aug. 8, 2014. Then the last one is called "When The Game Stands Tall" about Bob Ladouceur, a young coach, turns the De La Salle Spartans football team, a perennial loser, into a legend by launching a streak of 138 straight victories. From 1992 to 2004, he guides his team to 12 consecutive undefeated seasons. Set for Sep. 19, 2014.        

Movies Being Planned

  "The Reckoning" is the story revolves around a detective who discovers footage at a murder scene, shot by two teenagers, that provides clues to the identity of a killer. The teens have since gone missing, and as the detective retraces their journey, he soon uncovers a trail of deceit and murder that leads all the way back to him. they say it's best described as 'Memento' meets 'Kalifornia.'

  "Paramount" plans Jeff VanderMeer's sci-fi trilogy "Annihilation" Area X: mysterious, remote, and concealed by the government as an environmental disaster zone for more than 30 years. But strange forces are gathering in this pristine wilderness protected by an invisible, deadly border. The secret agency known as the Southern Reach has sent in eleven expeditions to discover the truth about Area X. Now, the twelfth will attempt to succeed where all others have failed… This is the story of that twelfth expedition, narrated by the biologist attached to the mission: a reticent, misanthropic woman who brings her secrets to Area X.

                                                                                                           


 


    Kathrine Heigl and Patrick Wilson to both star in "North Of Hell" a black comedy of a businessman whose life would be perfect if it weren't for his his domineering wife controlling his every move.






   Director Olatunde Osunsanmi will be making a movie called "Eden" the storyline takes place in a world where aliens have enslaved humanity. Survivors follow an Underground Railroad-like path called "The Rail" in the hopes of winning their freedom. 



  Hugh Grant to star in an untitled comedy In 1998, Ray Michaels was on top of the world -- a witty, sexy, Englishman in Hollywood who had just won an Academy Award for Best Screenplay. Fifteen years later, he’s creatively washed up, divorced, and broke. With no other options, he takes a job teaching screenwriting at a small college on the East Coast. Although the idea of teaching is less than thrilling, he hopes to make some easy money and enjoy the favors of impressionable young co-eds. What he doesn’t expect to find is romance with a single mom who’s gone back to school.

    Laurence Fishburne and Selena Gomez to be in "Rudderless" is a musical drama about the power of a parent’s love. When a grieving father in a downward spiral stumbles across a box of his deceased son's original music, he forms a band, hoping to find peace in the wake of his tragic loss. 

                                                                       


    Jennifer Gardner might in "Draft Day" The Paramount Pictures football comedy arrives from Rajiv Joseph and Scott Rothman and centers around the NFL's draft and sees the general manager of the Cleveland Browns going to any length to secure his top pick.






  Director Susanne Bier will be making This Beautiful Life based on the Harper Collins novel by Helen Schulman. In the book, when a salacious video sent to tenth grader Jake goes viral, his family is embroiled in a digital scandal which threatens to destroy them.



  Wes Bentley to lead cast in "Thing's People Do" about a husband a wife, the former of whom meets a stranger, shortly after losing his job, setting him off on a life of crie.






Summit Studios will do "The Infinity Principle" it's to follow a physicist who after discovering the secret of time travel accidently causes the fabric of the universe to come apart.

   


    Kimberly Peirce is to direct "The Brand" the film follows U.S. Attorney Gregory Jessner and his prosecution of more than 40 off the top leaders of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang.






  Tim Burton is to do "Big Eyes" set to star Amy Adams will play Keane, the painter whose distinctive creations featuring big-eyed children became one of art's first mass-market success stories in the 1950s. The drama covers Keane's personal awakening at the onset of the feminist movement, leading to a lawsuit she filed against her husband, Walter (Waltz), who claimed credit for her works.





    Paramount Pictures is to do the project "Supermax" so based on the title it's likely that the story will center around a maximum security prison. This Supermax, which will be produced by Mary Parent, bears no relation to Warner Bros.' now-defunct Green Arrow project of the same name, nor to Columbia Pictures' Supermax, a supernatural thriller set inside a prison. 





  Catherine Hardwicke to direct "The Age Of Miracles" book by Karen Thompson Walkers novel. Set amidst an advancing catastrophe after the Earth’s rotation mysteriously slows, The Age of Miracles is a suspenseful and romantic snapshot of one young girl’s adolescence, a poignant family drama, and a heartrending glimpse into the everyday tragedies and triumphs that define what it is to be human in a world that might just be ending. 









  Fox 2000 Films plans on "Half Bad" book by Sally Green it's a supernatural thriller set in a modern world inhabited by covert witches, Black and White: factions divided by hatred and united by only one thing-fear of a boy descended from both sides. 
 






   Todd Field is to direct "Beautiful Ruins" book by Jess Walkers. The epic story begins in the spring of 1962 off the Ligurian Sea and centers on three young characters whose orbit around one another is set in motion by an incident involving the international jet-set center, Rome, in the throws of "La Dolce Vita" madness during the shooting of Cleopatra, and continues for decades.
                                                                                                                                                            




   Barbara Marshall to adapt "Exorcism Diaries" book. It is based on the book "The Real Story Behind the Exorcist: A Study of the Haunted Boy and Other True-Life Horror Legends from Around the Nation's Capital." 



  Robert De Nero to star in "Hands Of Stone" based on the boxing life of champ Robert Duran, Hands of Stone will feature Ramirez as Duran and De Niro as his trainer, Ray Arcel. Duran is particularly famous for a fight with Sugar Ray Leonard where, in the last few seconds of the final round, Duran turned around and exited the ring, saying "no mas."
